Working with Enrico allowed me to reach weight training goals that I didn’t think I could ever achieve. Over the time I trained with him, I still remember getting compliments on how “swole” I looked, and had Enrico to thank for helping me get there!

Enrico was so patient with me, and helped me identify my challenges, the exercise styles that worked best for me. I was able to gain back a lot of strength, and significantly improve my form, and being able to track milestones really helped to keep me motivated.
